The Fromagerie
At Hollis Mead we're making all our cheeses right here on our Dorset farm using our award-winning milk. We milk just once a day and solely feed our cows grass grown on the farm. No soya, grains, or concentrates are used in our gorgeous cows' diets. This may mean that we only get a quarter of the milk yield of an industrial dairy, but an unparalleled taste and quality.
The result is a selection of cheeses that are truly one of a kind.

All our packaging is sustainably sourced. Our labels are 100% plastic free and our boxes are insulated with wool from sheep grazed on our farm.

Marvel is the only word to describe this cheese. Marvel is a Corsombe that has had its rind washed in brine to stop the polar white skin of mould forming, which allows cheese-loving bacteria to work faster, shrinking the size, promoting a heady aroma and making the insides as runny as Mo Farah.
